On 21 and 22 November, the following training courses were held Manipulating objects (puppets, story boxes, etc.) to develop oral language in nursery school children on the premises of Lycée Français de Berlin.

The course had a number of objectives:

⏩ Encourage learning of the French language to support pupils whose home language is not French
⏩ Assessing student progress
⏩ Examine classroom situations involving the 4 main objectives related to speaking in cycle 1:
👉 Daring to communicate
👉 Understanding and learning
👉 Sharing and reflecting with others
👉 Begin to think about language and develop phonological awareness

With the help of Nathalie Jeudy-KarakocCPAIEN for the ZECO, Liza Beauvaisa puppeteer, shared her professional skills with teachers in the zone, enabling them to use puppets and other marionettes to support language learning among pupils in the ZECO. She enabled them to associate the different types of puppet with specific educational objectives and to familiarise themselves with the handling of this transitional object.
Yasmina BoudjatitThe ZECO's EMFE also gave a one-hour remote presentation on digital tools in relation to oral language.
