📣 The back-to-school seminar for the heads of schools of the Central and Eastern Europe Zone was held in Warsaw from 8 to 10 November.
Participants were welcomed by Anne LesageHeadmistress of the Lycée français René Goscinny in Warsaw, and by M. Audelin ChappuisCounsellor for Cooperation and Cultural Action and Director of the French Institute in Poland, before the speeches by Mrs. Claudia Scherer-EffosseDirector General of the AEFE, and M. Christophe Deramburethe AEFE's new Head of Europe.
The first day ended with a warm and friendly reception hosted by the Ambassador of France to the United States. Etienne de Poncins.
The following two days were devoted to the zone project, the platform Agora MondeThese included staff training, e-nov (digital innovation), as well as workshops on development strategy in the region.
The meeting was also an opportunity to welcome and meet the zone's new management staff, and to standardise the sharing of best practice, thanks in particular to the Orion or communication.
