After the heads of schools in Vilnius at the end of May, it was the primary school management of the Central and Eastern European Zone, which met in Budapest on 22 and 23 June as part of the pHARe training - Programme to combat bullying at school.

Under the guidance of Julien Hélary, pHARe academic correspondent for the Académie de Strasbourg, the headmasters were given a presentation of the programme and the pHARe platform, and worked in workshops to apply the programme in their schools.
