After Tbilisi, Warsaw and Zurich, the latest pHAR traininge in the Central and Eastern Europe Zone took place on 11 and 12 April at Lycée français Victor Hugo.
It concerned staff in Frankfurt and the Lycée français international Simone Veil de Düsseldorf.
