On 3 April 2025, the Lycée Français Jean Renoir de Munich hosted the zone final of the Budding Ambassadors (AAEH)An event where mastery of the art of oratory was put to the test.

After a few words of welcome from Alain Houillethe Bavarian school's headmaster, the students had a brilliant debate on the theme of La Francophonie, a journey through time and spacewith the subject Is French an outdated language of the past?.
With talent and conviction, they demonstrated that the French language is much more than a heritage: it's a living, modern and forward-looking tool!

🏫 Five schools were in the running:
✨ 3 establishments in theAEFE the Lycée Français de Viennethe Lycée Français Anatole France in Yerevan and the Lycée Français Jean Renoir de Munich
✨ 2 establishments LabelFrancÉducation the LSMU gimnazija of Kaunas in Lithuania and the Kölcsey Ferenc Gimnázium, Budapest in Hungary.

The quality of the performances was remarkable, making it particularly difficult for the jury, as each speech was so rich in argument, nuance and passion.

Cara, Celka, Vlad from Lycée Français de Vienne, Colombe from Lycée Français Anatole France in Yerevan, Jannis from Lycée Français Jean Renoir de Munich, Dovilé and Patrizija from LSMU gimnazija of Kaunas are the big winners of this 2025 edition!
They will represent the ZECO in the World Final.
