{"id":4165,"date":"2025-04-09T09:30:13","date_gmt":"2025-04-09T07:30:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/aefe-zeco.net\/?p=4165"},"modified":"2025-05-13T09:04:16","modified_gmt":"2025-05-13T07:04:16","slug":"formation-des-assistants-deducation","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/aefe-zeco.net\/en\/formation-des-assistants-deducation\/","title":{"rendered":"Training for educational assistants"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On 3 and 4 April, the <span style=\"color: #b70d7f;\"><strong>Lyc\u00e9e Fran\u00e7ais Jean Renoir de Munich<\/strong> <\/span>hosted a rich and interactive training course for <strong>educational assistants (AED<\/strong>), underlining the importance of their role within the educational community.<br \/>\nAs well as simply providing supervision, the PAs play a key role in supporting pupils and maintaining a calm school climate.<br \/>\nThis course, run by <strong>Philippe Merleau<\/strong> EF2D History-Geography in <span style=\"color: #b70e7f;\"><strong>Central and Eastern Europe Zone<\/strong><\/span>The aim of this project was to professionalise the practices of the AEDs, by offering them tools to strengthen their interpersonal and educational skills, while at the same time increasing their knowledge of the regulatory framework.<br \/>\nUsing active, collaborative methods such as pedagogical speed dating, reflective writing, world caf\u00e9, role-playing and case analysis, participants were able to exchange ideas, reflect and enrich their professional practices.<\/p>\n<p>The main objectives were :<br \/>\n\u23e9 <strong>Communicate<\/strong> effectively with students, teachers and families<br \/>\n\u23e9 <strong>Work<\/strong> in collaboration with all the educational teams<br \/>\n\u23e9 <strong>Understanding<\/strong> the specific role of the AED in the school's organisation chart<br \/>\n\u23e9 <strong>Develop<\/strong> the ability to listen and observe situations<br \/>\n\u23e9 <strong>Enforcing compliance<\/strong> the school's rules and values as part of an educational approach<br \/>\n\u23e9 <strong>Taking ownership<\/strong> the legal framework of the profession, including the duties of neutrality and reserve<br \/>\n\u23e9 <strong>Adapt<\/strong> the educational approach based on the specific needs of adolescents<br \/>\n\u23e9 <strong>Promote<\/strong> a high-quality school climate, preventing tension and unease<br \/>\n\u23e9 <strong>Become<\/strong> a member of the educational community, able to stand back and reflect.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Munich<\/p>","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":4166,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[6,7],"tags":[21],"class_list":["post-4165","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-actualites","category-formations","tag-formation"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/aefe-zeco.net\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/4165","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/aefe-zeco.net\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/aefe-zeco.net\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/post"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/aefe-zeco.net\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/aefe-zeco.net\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=4165"}],"version-history":[{"count":2,"href":"https:\/\/aefe-zeco.net\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/4165\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":4237,"href":"https:\/\/aefe-zeco.net\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/4165\/revisions\/4237"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/aefe-zeco.net\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/4166"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/aefe-zeco.net\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=4165"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"category","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/aefe-zeco.net\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categories?post=4165"},{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/aefe-zeco.net\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=4165"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
