How can cognitive science enhance our understanding of the biological processes involved in learning? What concrete avenues can be explored to develop teaching practices?<\/p>\n

April 3 and 4, Claire Ventr\u00e9<\/strong> IEN in Berlin and Jean-Pierre Pitiot<\/strong> EF2D SVT for the Central and Eastern Europe Zone<\/strong><\/span> led the training course Memory, attention, understanding - the brain, an ally in learning<\/strong> at French International School of Vilnius<\/strong><\/span>.<\/p>\n

Objectives of the course :
\n\u23e9 Understanding<\/strong> how cognitive science can help students to succeed better, by adjusting and enriching our teaching practices.
\n\u23e9 Acquire or update<\/strong> the scientific knowledge essential for understanding how the brain works and its implications for learning.
\n\u23e9 Planning ahead<\/strong> in an individual or group project to be set up in the class or school.
\n\u23e9 Support<\/strong> implementing and carrying out the educational project.<\/p>\n

An assessment of the distance learning course will be carried out in May.<\/p>\n
