Le Lyc\u00e9e Fran\u00e7ais International Victor Hugo de Francfort<\/strong><\/span> received training on 2 and 3 December on theSupport for ASEMs.<\/strong><\/p>\n

ASEMs work in nursery schools on a daily basis, looking after pupils and ensuring their safety. A well-functioning teacher\/ASEM team is a prerequisite for an excellent nursery school.
\nThe role of the ASEM is to support and assist the teacher in the day-to-day running of the classroom. Throughout the day, ASEMs assist children with educational and teaching activities, as well as with daily hygiene.<\/p>\n

The aim of the course was to revisit professional practices, the links between those involved in the school and the place of oral expression in a multilingual context, and more specifically to :
\n\u23e9 Situate the ASEM's role within the educational team
\n\u23e9 Develop a close working relationship with the teacher
\n\u23e9 Help pupils acquire social skills using instructions and rules
\n\u23e9 Identifying the different needs of nursery school children to provide them with better support
\n\u23e9 Ensuring the best possible health and safety conditions with a group of young pupils
\n\u23e9 Adopting an educational attitude towards children struggling with their emotions.<\/p>\n
